Follow the wacky adventures of this quilt-crazed author and her tolerant family as they travel across Canada from coast to coast while visiting talented quiltmakers in each province. See details of the steep road to getting the book published. This slide presentation lasts approximately 1 hour, and is liberally-peppered with photos of dramatic, innovative quilts.

Let this experienced quilting and photography teacher share dozens of tips for entering juried shows, from filling out the forms to specific photographic techniques to keeping a professional portfolio. Using overhead transparencies, slides and actual equipment, the instructor brings the necessary practical skills into focus. Lasts approximately 1 hour. May be combined with a photography workshop where participants gain hands-on experience in photographing their own quilts.
