Registration

1. Select course(s) desired, register by phone, call or fax 962-0768 with your name, address, phone number, VISA number and expiry date, and courses requested.

2. Registration must be completed one full week before the workshop begins, to give quilters and instructor time to prepare materials.

Registration Policies:

1. Supply lists will be faxed or mailed upon registration.

2. The minimum class size is 6, maximum 12. In the event that a workshop must be cancelled due to lack of registrations, a full refund will be given.

3. If you must miss a workshop you have registered for, and give one week's notice, a credit will be extended to you for a future workshop.

4. For their own safety, please do not bring children to class with you unless otherwise noted. Teens 16 and over may register as students.

5. In the event of weather which makes driving conditions unsafe, students will be notified and the missed class rescheduled.

-ALL CLASSES ARE HELD AT THE QUILTER'S WORKSHOP, 9131 Fox Drive, Prince George (off Chief Lake Road, just west of Foothills) Please park down by the studio if conditions permit.

DON"T SEE THE COURSE LISTED THAT YOU WOULD LIKE? Let the instructor know, and she will start a "wish list". Or, get at least 6 people together, and your wish can be granted.
